A MAN died following a fall while he was cleaning windows at his Kidderinster home, an inquest heard.
Joseph Farmer, 66, fell into a rockery in the garden in Kennedy Close as he cleaned the first floor windows.
His wife, Jean, went out to check on him as he was doing the cleaning and discovered him with head injuries, Worcestershire coroner Victor Round told the inquest.
Mr Farmer died in Birmingham's Selly Oak Hospital on Boxing Day with his wife and sister at his side.
Mr Round explained that Mr Farmer had the accident on Tuesday, November 6 and had been in hospital until his death. He died from multiple organ failure due to respiratory disease, due to the head injury he suffered.
Mr Round recorded a verdict of accidental death at the inquest in Stourbridge.
