KIDDERMINSTER Harriers midfielder Paul Webb has been linked with the manager's job at his old club Bromsgrove Rovers.
Webb, who has yet to make a start for the Nationwide League Division side this season, played for eight seasons at the Victoria Ground before signing for Harriers in 1994 for £17,500.
Rovers' chairman Tom Herbert admitted he would like to see Webb at the club, but also added there were 13 other applications to consider.
"His name has cropped and I would like to see Webb here, but there are other candidates to consider as well," he said.
"Gary Hackett and Jon Ford are in temporary charge and doing an excellent job. We went to top of the league Stratford on Saturday and should have won the game which was disappointing.
"Gary and Jon know the situation and are being kept fully informed. They will stay anyway whoever takes over."
