A stunning eight-minute spell saw Harriers take the lead but then concede three quick goals with keeper Brock the culprit.
Luton made a substitution at half time with Hillier on for French winger Valois.
And Harriers stunned the visitors on 50 minutes as Williams' first goal for the club put them in front. A series of blunders by Stuart Brock turned the tide of the game and helped Luton into a 3-1 lead
Henriksen was fouled on the edge of the box and Williams thumped the initial free kick into the wall.
But the rebound fell for the midfielder, who rammed a low left-footed drive in off Ovendale's left-hand post from 20 yards.
Luton fought back and left-back Stamps bravely flung himself at a Taylor cross on 51 to stop top-scorer Crowe from snatching an equaliser.
Stamps hurt his head in the process but was OK to continue after treatment.
However, there was a shock for Harriers as three Brock blunders gifted the visitors a 3-1 lead by the 58th minute.
First, the keeper allowed a fierce low Taylor cross from the right to rebound into the net off his knee on 53 minutes.
Then Spring ran clear on the left and Brock was caught in no man's land as the midfielder tucked a low and very easy-looking finish into the net from just outside the box two minutes later.
And on 58 minutes Brock fumbled a Nicholls drive and Howard was left with an easy tap-in.
There was worse to follow on 65 minutes as injured left-back Stamps had to leave the field with Joy his replacement.
