THE curtain will rise on Norbury Theatre's production of Dick Whittington at the end of this week.
The final dress rehearsal will take place tomorrow and the first performance will be held on Friday.
The amateur company's production will run until Saturday, January 26, with performances on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays with matines on Saturdays and Sundays.
"The Norbury Theatre has done a run of the classic pantomimes," said Jonathan Yeldham, secretary for the Norbury Theatre.
He said the production would be good clean family fun.
