A PLAY by the acclaimed writer of Rumpole of the Bailey will be staged at Birmingham Repertory Theatre next month.

John Mortimer QC goes back to court with Naked Justice to expose a dark side to the legal world and the judges who exercise justice.

A 17 year old is accused of murder. He had a motive, the victim's blood on his hands and the police have his signed confession.

Meanwhile, three people rendezvous in the city. Who are they, what do they do and are they connected to the crime?

The show stars the inimitable Leslie Phillips and runs at the Main House from Friday, February 8, until Saturday, March 2.

Performances are at 7.30pm Monday to Saturday except Monday, February 11, which is at 7pm.

There are also matinees.

Tickets cost £4.99-£16.75 on 0121 236 4455.
