THE club's December meeting was held at the Ladybird Inn, and with the aid of a couple of games and a quiz, and the serving of a very nice buffet supper, it became the Christmas party for about 60 members.
Committee members had provided a Christmas card for everyone and a free raffle. From the amount of laughter going on during the games, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, as well as eating the game prizes which were chocolates.
The normal business part of the meeting is always abandoned on party night, except to remind the ladies of the annual winter dinner on January 21.
Once again this event will be held at the Ladybird Inn, and there will also be an outing to Worcester Porcelain for a supper and demonstration in February.
