A KIDDERMINSTER Harriers supporter is due to lay a football-related motion before Parliament - congratulating West Bromwich Albion.
West Bromwich East MP Tom Watson, who hails from Kidderminster and supports his home town team, plans to propose the House of Commons congratulates the Baggies on their "outstanding" victory at Premiership club Sunderland in the FA Cup third round on Saturday.
He pointed out: "Albion have some of the most loyal and dedicated supporters in the country. This achievement deserves to be recognised."
Mr Watson is also calling on the Government to ensure the FA Cup continues to be shown live on terrestrial television.
