The 45th anniversary was celebrated with a buffet party and entertainment by Joan Southerton and Betty Bickerton.
Guests included members of the original committee and the present area chairman Nan Tromans, and her daughter.
The annual meeting will be held on Monday, January 28, at the Social Day Centre, New Street, starting at 7.30pm. Members and non-members will be welcome to attend the meeting when the future of the club and the committee's plans for the year will be discussed.
A programme of demonstrators has been organised and social events will include summer outings with possible involvement in Tewkesbury Abbey Flower Festival.
After business matters have been dealt with, Richard and Lesley Best will present a slide show accompanied by music.
The group will combine with Bewdley Floral Art Club for a show called Day Dreamer, at the Civic Hall on April 30, given in memory of Josie Martin. Proceeds will go to Kemp Hospice.
