THE organiser of a cabaret evening taking place in Kidderminster this weekend was so impressed with a Tom Jones tribute act he saw on holiday he tracked him down to take part.
Darren Richards has organised the event at Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday, which will also feature Karen Carpenter tribute Yvonne Caudell, who recently appeared on Stars In Their Eyes, and 70s disco group Night Fever.
He saw Leicester-based Tom Jones act Steve Sinclair while on holiday in Aberystwyth and approached him to appear in Kidderminster after tracking him down through the internet.
