THE Wonderstuff frontman Miles Hunt will kick off the 2002 season of live events at the Gloucester Guildhall tomorrow (Saturday), performing new solo numbers backed by a full band.
Ska specialists The Selecter, who led the Two Tone movement alongside Mad-ness and The Specials, app-ear on Friday, January 18.
Australian Nirvana tribute band Teen Spirit will be blasting out Kurt Cobain's famous brand of angst rock on February 9.
The Guildhall's cinema season gets underway in style on Wednesday and Thursday (January 16 and 17) with The Pledge, featuring Jack Nicholson as a recently retired cop obses-sed with the killer of a little girl.
On January 26-27 there will be a photo-text installation on the history, architecture and open terrain of the city's Cattle Market.
