A MALVERN car fanatic who died in a crash four days before Christmas had a floral tribute in the shape of a red sports car on his coffin at his funeral this week.
Around 150 family and friends of Paul Kitsull paid their respects to the 31-year-old at the funeral at St Matthias' Church, Malvern, on Thursday.
The Rev Graham Lyall led the service, which included the hymn The Lord is My Shepherd and He's Got the Whole World in His Hands, and Atomic Kitten number one Whole Again.
In a tribute from Mr Kitsull's parents, read by Mr Lyall, they said there would now be a huge gap in their lives.
He died in a smash with girlfriend Cheryl Lewis, 22, when his red sports car turned over and hit a wall on the A4104 near Upton-upon-Severn on December 29.
Miss Lewis' funeral was held yesterday.
