KIDDERMINSTER Harriers dramatic upturn in fortunes has resulted in a number of their players becoming targets for other clubs.
Aggborough boss Jan Molby admits that approaches have been made but prefers not to name them or the identity of the players concerned.
He said: "We have had approaches from other clubs as to the availability of certain players. The clubs who have rung have asked to remain anonymous and I don't want to name the players either in case of upsetting anyone."
The former Liverpool star says, however, that if the fee is acceptable any player at Aggborough is for sale.
He said: "Players are always available if the price is right. But obviously we have got to look at it very carefully because potentially we could be in the play-offs at the end of the season.
"And if you are in that you have got a chance of being in the Second Division, so we have got to weigh up all those sort of things. I have spoken to our chairman Lionel Newton about it and he doesn't want to interrupt this side at the moment and I don't think we need to either."
Kidderminster's players have been gathering a higher profile after turning their slow start to the campaign into a serious challenge for a place in the play-offs.
Striker Ian Foster admits, however, that the Aggborough squad are being low key about their play-off chances.
He said: "I haven't heard anyone mention it in all honesty because I don't think the lads have really given it a thought. I have just thought if we keep winning games let's see where we end up."
