A WORCESTER pub which had become a hive for drug addicts since its closure, has now been demolished.
However, stained glass windows and bar fittings from the Beehive on Tallow Hill have been saved and will be used in a new pub or restaurant due to be built on the site.
Diggers moved on to the site last week and today all that is left of the pub, which has been empty for more than a year, is a pile of rubble.
Developers are planning to develop Tallow Hill and a new building has been proposed next to the canal.
A new DIY store, furniture store and pet shop has been earmarked for inclusion in the retail park planned for Tallow Hill.
