A CHARITY shop manager's years of hard work have been recognised with a regional award.
Josephine Dicks, manager of Marie Curie Cancer Care's shop in the Swan Centre, Kidderminster, has been named Manager of the Year for the Midlands by the charity.
She narrowly missed out on the national award. Mrs Dicks, who has managed the shop for more than four years, was presented with the award at a special conference in Luton.
"It's so nice when your hard work is appreciated," she said.
