A FLYING lesson will be just one of the unusual items up for grabs when an auction of promises takes place at Worcester's Huntingdon Hall.
The flying lesson, which is one of the latest additions to the auction of promises, will take place at Wellesbourne near Stratford.
A scuba diving lesson, and a chance to sit in the TV audience of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire and meet Chris Tarrant afterwards will also be up for grabs.
The Evening News has offered a promise for a budding reporter to work in the office for the day and a tour of BBC Hereford and Worcester radio station is also up for auction.
The venue is holding its auction of promises on Thursday, July 4, at 8pm and is looking for businesses and individuals to make donations towards the cause.
Staff are also urging people to support the evening by bringing lots of friends and family members to the auction.
Amazing stuff
"We've got about 40 lots at the moment and lots of amazing stuff," said Esther Blaine, assistant director at Huntingdon Hall, CrownGate.
"We have a professional auctioneer from Andrew Grant to do the auction.
"The auction will be held in the Art House Caf Bar and all proceeds will go to improving the hall."
