IN view of the latest developments in the continuing saga of Malvern Town Council, I feel that a little experience of mine should be publicised.

On April 10 I sent an email to the council requesting clarification of the civil service jargon in which their Best Value Summary Performance Plan was written, I also asked what they did with the £815,000 precept. I received no reply. A further email produced the same result.

I then wrote to the town clerk and all councillors enclosing copies of the emails. I received a brief note from the town clerk telling me that they had had problems with the email system and individual replies from three councillors. I am still awaiting an official reply to my queries.

Perhaps after all there is something to hide!
