WORCESTER five-a-side football team, Perowne Lions are through to the national finals of Leisure Leagues' UK tournament.
They won their area final recently, beating off 50 other sides who had progressed from their local heats.
Lions will now go on to face seven other area winners in the grand finals to be held at Leisure Leagues' state-of-the-art football Arena in Cardiff.
Ten thousand pounds prize money is now within their reach. Lions began playing with Leisure League in a five-a-side league held every Sunday and have been playing for four years.
They won last season's Premiership title to book their entry into the National Tournament for free.
Teams who have not won their local league can still enter, but they pay for the privilege.
After demolishing their opposition in the area finals, Lions are one of the fav-ourites to lift the coveted National Champions crown later in the year.
