A PERSHORE auctioneer has bought an 1830s Royal Doulton charger with a gift of £100 to help raise cash for Acorns.
Richard Williams was handed the cash by DMG Antique Fairs and will auction the item at the Acorns Summer Ball, organised by Worcester Rugby Club and the Evening News, on Saturday, July 27.
The plate was being sold at an Antiques Fair held at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern.
