TWO enthusiastic cyclists from Droitwich are nearing the end of a mammoth sponsored bike ride.
Stewart Willis and Rob Harrison are cycling from John O'Groats to Land's End for the Anthony Nolan Bone Mar-row Trust.
There are five in the group from across the country making the 900-mile ride.
They stopped off at Droitwich Sports and Leisure Centre on Saturday to meet family and friends.
"They're feeling really good considering they've cycled this far," said Karen Darlow, a former school friend of Mr Willis.
"They're really excited about it all. They're en-thusiastic cyclists. Stewart cycles everywhere."
The group cycled from Droitwich to Wyre Piddle, near Pershore, where they spent the night.
They are averaging 80 miles and day and should be finished by Wednesday.
