DROITWICH Spa Tae Kwon Do club is celebrating a 100 per cent pass rate at an assessment just four months since it opened.
All 21 members of the club, based at Chawson First School, in Wych Road, passed their yellow tag for white belts on Friday, May 31.
The group, with members aged between six and 40, received their certificates at a ceremony last Friday.
Instructor Matthew Lennard, a second degree black belt in the martial art, opened the club for Wednesday and Friday night training in February and is delighted with the achievement.
The 20-year-old said: "I was quite chuffed - they have done brilliantly. It is my first club and they did really well."
Matthew has trained in Tae Kwon Do for 14 years and currently trains four times a week.
Anyone interested in the sessions, held between 6.30pm and 7.30pm, can call Matthew on 01527 520691 or 07980 214073.
