EVERY target set at the start of an £8.6 million regeneration project in Redditch has been met or surpassed.
Community Works, which focused on Batchley, Smallwood and Woodrow, has provided services to residents including adult education, youth activities and volunteering opportunities.
At the outset of the six-year project 43 delivery targets were drawn up. All 43 were delivered and 38 were exceeded by its completion at the end of March.
Assistant regeneration manager Bev Docherty said: "We're delighted with the results.
"Community Works has been a great example of what can be achieved through partnership working.
"We would like to thank all the organisations and individuals who have been involved in the management and delivery of our projects.
"Particular thanks to all the residents and community members of Redditch who have taken part in activities, events and training courses helping to make the programme such a huge success."
Community Works staff have been working with partner organisations over the last two years to ensure work carries on after the programme ends and as a result, most projects are set to continue.
