CONCERNS have been raised with Powick Parish Council over tipping and burning of rubbish at Broadfields farm track, Powick.
The council drew the attention of Malvern Hills District Council to problems there in January and asked for the removal of an "unsightly" compound built without planning permission.
Subsequently the owner applied for planning permission for the compound, but this was refused and he was asked to remove it.
Last week, when a member of the public asked what the council was doing to supervise activities on the site, chairman Andy Lamb said they had referred the matter to the district council.
The owner had been asked to remove the compound, but its shell was still there.
District councillor Tom Wells visited the site this week and said the compound had now gone, but there was still evidence of items being stored there.
The district council has written to the owner.
