PERSHORE'S Under-15s side made progress in the Sun Life Cup after seeing off Malvern Ramblers by 28 runs.
Sam Howell scored 90 and Ben Bales an unbeaten 85 as Pershore rattled up a daunting 203-1.
The loss of two early wickets gave the home side the edge after the resumption but Malvern appeared capable of reaching their target until the loss of late wickets turned the game in Pershore's favour as the reply closed on 175-5.
