TER company is rebranding and consolidating its operations under a new company structure.

At the moment, BDE International plc trades under three identities.

In the Midlands it trades as Micro Dynamics from its head office on Worcester's Blackpole Trading Estate.

In the South, the company operates from its Bristol office as Micro Dynamics, and in the North, from its Leeds office as The IBS Organisation Ltd.

The three have operated under the BDE Group banner with the centralised accounting and support desk functions carried out at the Worcester office.

Following a period of steady growth and acquisition, BDE has decided to change its company structure.

"We have decided to simplify matters by trading as a single limited company," said Peter Reynolds, managing director.

BDE International Plc will trade as BDE Group.
