A Red Cross care home in West Malvern is expected to change hands by the end of the year.
The charity has announced plans to displose of Adelaide House Care Home, on Park Road, to concentrate on other activities.
A new care provider is being sought to take over the home, which was opened in 1961.
A spokesman for the Red Cross confirmed that a new care provider was being sought and that the changeover should be complete by the end of the year. He said residents should not notice any difference in the level of care during the change over. Staff at Adelaide House declined to comment.
