THREE's company at a computer and network support company, where a father has enlisted the help of his two sons to provide ''unbeatable customer service''.
Ian Thompson, proprietor of Information Technology Systems, in Hanley Swan, near Malvern, has welcomed sons Richard and Paul into the company as partners.
"Together, Richard and Paul bring 12-years solid experience to the company, which is just what we need to fulfil our plans for the future," said Mr Thompson.
"Add to this the inherent commitment that exists in a family firm and you have an unbeatable combination of expertise and customer service."
Paul Thompson has a degree in mathematics with engineering from Nottingham University and has spent most of his time since then at Kerridge Automotive Systems, in Newbury, Berkshire, in the development and support of large dealer management systems for the motor trade.
Richard Thompson graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in computer science and software engineering. He specialises in e-commerce and web-based architecture.
