EVENING News' reporters are walking the Malvern Hills for charity.
The eight-mile circular hike from British Camp down to the start of the Worcestershire Way is raising money for the Acorns Children's Hospice and for the Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmen's Families Association (SSAFA).
The walk is taking place on Saturday, June 29, from 10am and the public is invited to take part. The first 10 to book in will receive a free T-shirt.
As well as being a fund-raising event it is also being used as a training session for education reporter Alison Fraser, who will be taking part in a Peruvian trek with Acorns in October.
"It seemed a good idea to combine fund-raising with training," said the 25-year-old reporter.
"The Malvern Hills are great as they are so accessible to the public. There are lots of different trails so it can be as hard or easy as you like."
Miss Fraser is being joined by fellow reporters Ann Wheeldon and David Lewins as well as friends and family.
If anyone else would like to take part they can contact Miss Fraser on 01905 742252.
