YOUNGSTERS at a Bromsgrove first school bopped to the hand jive and strutted their stuff at a summer fete last week.
The pint-sized rock and roll dancers charmed visitors and parents alike when they visited Fairfield First School, in Stourbridge Road, last Friday for their annual summer fete, which was held to raise money for new equipment.
The event, which was opened by radio star Ed Doolan, who appears on BBC Radio WM's morning show, proved a great success while the pupils helped out on the stalls and sideshows.
Headteacher Jeanette Morris said: "The children have worked very hard over the last couple of months on the dance displays and had great fun practising the routines."
