AN inquest has been opened into the death of a man found with head injuries at his Kidderminster home.
Although police found nothing suspicious about 60-year-old Kenneth Williams' death earlier this month, enquiries will continue prior to the next hearing.
Mr Williams was found in his living room by officers, who had to break in to his Broad Street home, on Tuesday, June 11 after he failed to open his door to warden Margaret White.
A post mortem revealed he died of head injuries.
The hearing, opened by Worcestershire deputy coroner Tim Sherwood at Hulme & Co Solicitors, Worcester, was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
