AN inquest on a 78-year-old man has been opened after he died in his home in Stourport.
The body of retired builder John Chuter was found at his Lower Lickhill Road home on June 8.
Michael Richards, coroner's officer, said Mr Chuter had been exposed to asbestos during his working life.
At Friday's inquest in Worcester, Mr Richards said a post mortem had been carried out and he was awaiting the results of tests to see if the death was industrial-related.
Worcester deputy coroner Tim Sherwood adjourned the inquest to a later date.
