JAMES Bond, Frank Sinatra and Disney came together in a medley of brass band music in Worcester's Gheluvelt Park.
The Band of the West Mercia Constabulary entertained visitors yesterday as part of Worcester City Council's summer programme of Bands in the Park.
Music-lovers enjoyed an array of popular tunes and classics, including New York, New York, Singing in the Rain, Trombone Trio Frolic for Troms and Disney's Fantasia.
The bands, which play in Gheluvelt Park and Cripplegate Park, have been organised with the help of Derek Bruce Entertainments.
"With a blend of modern and traditional music, Bands in the Park is set for another successful summer," said Ian Yates, parks and cemeteries manager at the council. "It's an ideal way to spend a summer's afternoon," he added.
