A STAINED glass window featuring the buildings, people and landscapes of Worcestershire is now taking pride of place in a Worcester church.
Artist Heather Lewis produced the colourful work entitled Cathedral Window, for Bromyard Methodist Church in Bromyard Road, St John's.
The design, which was produced to coincide with the church's flower festival depicts the features that have made the Faithful City and surrounding area so famous.
Sir Edward Elgar, the Malvern Hills, the Cathedral and swans on the Severn, all make their way into the hand-painted design.
Cricketers batting on the New Road square are also featured. The picturesque setting of New Road recently saw it voted the second best cricket ground in England in a poll conducted by The Times.
