ALISTAIR McGowan has a point regarding rubbish in Worcester. Providing suitable methods of disposing of household waste and facilitating the recycling of waste might be improved by equipping residents with the proper receptacles.
Can there be many places that still use black bin liners rather than wheelie bins, and allow the closure of recycling facilities such as Sainsbury's on Windermere Drive?
Certain councils provide a wheelie bin for domestic waste and one for waste that can be recycled - and still keep the council tax lower than it is in Worcester.
