BROMSGROVE Rovers Supporters Society are doing their bit for the town carnival this weekend with a beat the goalie competition.
Star guest for the day will be former Aston Villa, Birmingham City and Leicester City stopper Kevin Poole, now on the books at Premiership Bolton Wanderers.
Kevin is also a former pupil of North Bromsgrove High School, in School Drive.
Rovers' own Jimmy McGettrick will also be helping out between the posts.
In addition, the society is offering the opportunity for punters to win a framed Three Lions emblem signed by Sven Goran Eriksson in a golden goal competition.
The prize will go to the person who draws the correct time for the first goal in the world cup final this Sunday.
Anyone who can help with stalls or donate prizes for the tombola, can call David Stephens on 01527 871398 or 07947 347438.
