A MUSICAL celebration of Brum featuring Radio WM presenter Malcolm Boyden begins a run at Birmingham Repertory Theatre next week.
Wallop Mrs Cox is set in and around the famous Bull Ring and follows the fortunes and heartaches of the Cox family.
Life as a market trader over the last century is seen through the eyes of the resourceful Emily Cox, who regards family loyalty and city pride as the only things of worth.
Wallop Mrs Cox, by Euan Rose and Laurie Hornsby, runs at the Main House from Wednesday, July 3, until Saturday, July 13.
Performances are at 7.30pm Monday to Saturday with matinees at 2.30pm on Saturday, July 6, Thursday, July 11, and Saturday, July 13.
