A REPORT compiled by Stratford Council may lead to a significant cut in services provided for the elderly in the Alcester area.
The proposals are to make travel tokens and green sacks for garden waste only available to one-third of the elderly in the district.
The suggestions have been met with anger by former Alcester Mayor Wendy Weatherhead, who claims the most vulnerable and needy members of society are being let down.
The report was drawn up after a working party agreed services should be decided by means testing.
