PUPILS in Martley enjoyed a day trying out different jobs when they took part in an industry day.
More than 100 Year 9 pupils at The Chantry High School had the chance to try out cake decorating, management, an army assault course and a spaghetti tower project.
"They had to try and build the tallest tower using just spaghetti and sticky tape, without it collapsing," said Carol Postlethwaite, careers admin assistant at the school.
"The tallest was about 6ft and then they had to put weights on top."
Elisabeth the Chef, Marks & Spencer and Brooklyn Ford were among seven industrialists taking part in the annual event yesterday.
