PROLIFIC goal-scorer Grant Gibbs has received two player of the year awards, from the West Midlands League and his club Bewdley Town.
Gibbs took the prestigious accolade for Division One North and South and was also manager's player of the year for Town.
Bewdley were nominated as one of the leading contenders for the hospitality award at the league's annual dinner and dance in Walsall.
The club made Chris Hough player of the year, veteran groundsman Mike Thompson clubman of the year and U-16s boss and first coach Wayne Payton manager of the year.
Guest of honour Ron Lewis presented Bewdley with the league runners-up trophy and the Tony Tranter Cup to skippers Dave Harris and Neil Turford.
Town's quest for ground improvements continues but a major sponsor would be needed for them to progress any further up the divisions.
