RENOWNED Malvern artist David Prentice last week had his work accepted into a prestigious national watercolour competition.
The Malvern Wells-based artist will see two paintings of the London skyline included in the Singer & Friedlander/ Sunday Times Watercolour Competition. His works Kings Reach - Blackfriars Evening and Kings Reach - Waterloo Bridge and the London Eye are two of just 133 works selected from almost 1,000 entered and will also be shown nationwide in a touring exhibition following the competition in September.
David is a previous winner of the competition, picking up first prize in 1990 with his painting January Bonfires - Malvern.
Both works will be for sale at the exhibition, priced £2,250.
