BANDS and musicians of all sorts will be on show at the Cradley Music Festival being held over the late summer Bank Holiday weekend, August 24-25.
The event is being held in aid of the village hall, which is shortly to undergo a major refurbishment.
£110,000 has already been raised for the project, but more money is needed to help finish it, including upgrading the kitchen and toilets.
Jazz, classical, big band and other forms of music will be represented in a line-up which includes the Trevor Emeny Quartet with Paul Buck, the Green-wood Voices, Malvern Male Voice Choir, the Woodies, the Pedigrees and many more.
The event is being held at Church Stile Farm and gates open at 2pm each day, with music from 3pm to 11pm.
Apart from the music, there will be classic cars, a bar, pig roast, cream teas and a craft marquee.
Tickets (£10 weekend, £5 day, under-16s free) are available from Margaret Edgar at the Lyttelton House Gallery, Malvern, on 01684 574921.
Local craftspeople who want to exhibit should contact Judi Creed-Newton on 01886 880534.
The event is being run as part of the Three Choirs Festival Fringe.
