STAFF say it is business as usual at a Worcester health centre damaged by arsonists.
St Martin's Surgery at Spring Gardens Health Centre has opened as normal this morning following the attack.
The roof and four rooms in an annexe at the Providence Street building were damaged in the early hours yesterday.
Police are investigating the fire, which started among rubbish around 3am.
"The fire hasn't affected anything at all," said Meg Richards, practice manager.
"It was a wonderful team effort yesterday by staff who put in a vast amount of time, effort and energy.
"Patients need not have any worries about appointments as it is business as usual."
Two appliances from Hereford and Worcester Fire Brigade attended the scene.
"They were very efficient and used good tactics to stop the fire spreading," said Station Officer Brendan Connolly, who led the efforts.
"It had started among a large amount of rubbish, mostly general rubbish but also clinical waste.
"It was a fairly big fire and there's a few thousands pounds of damage. It could potentially have cause a lot more.
"It's made a lot of mess."
One appliance from Worcester's Blue Watch and an appliance from Droitwich attended the scene and the fire was out by 4.15am.
Worcester police said two teenage males were arrested soon after the fire and have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
