A COUNCIL flat tenant from Warndon claims it's one lawn for them and another lawn for him after Worcester City Council took six weeks to cut his grass and then left the cuttings behind.
Charles George, of Painswick Close, said other streets in the area had their lawns cut much more often.
He feels the residents in the street are being victimised and neglected by the council. He said he had complained to the council about it before but nothing had been done about the problem.
"It's out of order," he said. "I'm a member of the residents' association and this happens time after time. It really annoys me.
"I've got a good mind to go round and tip one of these bags of grass all over the desk of the person responsible for this."
"It's almost like a ghetto round here. I know the council is making cutbacks, but standards must be maintained. We deserve better than this."
Mr George said he had filled at least 10 bin bags with cut grass during his clear-up.
No one from Worcester City Council was available for comment as the Evening News went to press.
