TOYOTA is set to keep Brintons Fine Carpets ahead of the competition with a new deal to service the Kidderminster company's 44-strong forklift truck fleet.
The three-year contract will ensure there is a Toyota service engineer on site at Brintons' premises in Stourport Road.
The deal has been arranged by Birmingham-based Toyota dealership M&W Toyota Handling.
By ensuring breakdowns are responded to immediately, and replacement parts supplied quickly, the deal will ensure the company's fleet of trucks is kept in tip-top condition.
Brintons supplies carpets to customers around the world, including the White House and Hong Kong International Airport.
Forklift trucks and powered pallet trucks are used to move rolls and carpets around its factory.
The business is also renowned for its innovative advertising campaigns which has featured products styled into designer dresses by Vivienne Westwood and Anthony Price.
"Efficient equipment is vital to any business looking to increase and maintain its productivity," said Darron Hillier, strategic account manager.
"With this comprehensive contract, Brintons is showing its commitment to building a successful, competitive business.
"Our intention is to provide the flexibility and support that will keep companies like Brintons continually ahead."
Martin Priest, works engineer at Brintons welcomed the news.
Responsive
"M&W has always been highly responsive, discussing our needs in great detail, to ensure that its advice and input is relevant.
"We have been impressed by the support and are confident that, in terms of both product and service, Toyota will help us to be an even more effective business."
Toyota has been working closely with Brintons for more than 10 years and has supplied many trucks to the company.
