CHILDREN at three Worcestershire nurseries were getting to grips with some scary animals during a visit from the Natural History Service.
Youngsters from Crowle Pre-School joined children from Field House Nursery in Himbleton and Hadzor and Oddingly Pre-School to greet a number of wild animals yesterday, which included an iguana called Matilda.
The children, aged between two and four-and-a-half years old, were allowed to handle the animals before having the picnic at Crowle Parish Hall.
