A "JUG-eared" man spotted reaching into a wheelie bin shortly before a fire broke out at a Worcester health centre is being hunted by police.
Half-an-hour before the blaze started at the Spring Gardens Health Centre in Worcester, two passers-by spotted the man in a recess with one arm in the bin.
He is described as white, with short dark hair, wearing a jacket which ended below the waist and a light-coloured T-shirt.
He is also described as having sticking-out ears.
The blaze broke out at the health centre at abut 3am on Sunday, June 30.
"I would appeal to the two men who walked past and glanced at this man to come forward," said Det Con Sarah Nicholls.
"I am also keen to speak to anyone else who thinks they may have seen this man hanging around the centre to contact me on 01905 723888 quoting c/600348."
