THESPIANS from a Shakespeare theatre company have been treading the 'Bards' at a Bromsgrove museum.
The group of actors called Sir Robert Cecil's Men performed at Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings, in Stoke Heath.
During the weekend, beginning on Friday, June 14, they acted out scenes from William Shakespeare's Henry V and Romeo and Juliet.
Visitors were encouraged to join in the fun, based around the medieval merchant house, and the actors donned period costumes to the delight of youngsters.
The museum's education and events officer Sue Hadley said: "This was the first time the theatre company has visited us and I must say it was a hit with the public.
"The performers really brought the plays to life. It was great."
