PLANS have been drawn up to create a beauty spot in Redditch on a piece of land currently used as a dumping ground for rubbish.
The 0.75 acres of land at the bottom of Tunnel Drive in Smallwood is a haven for bats, wildlife and wild flowers.
But people are using the land as a tip and Redditch Councillor Betty Passingham is making steps to get it revamped for townsfolk to use.
