a weekend of fun and musical entertainment is in store at Astwood Bank to raise funds for Cancer Research UK.
The programme kicks off on Friday with a concert headlined by Late who, last year, supported chart toppers Ocean Colour Scene on the second leg of their UK tour.
Rumours are rife in the village an exciting musical guest will be making an appearance at the event to play with the band.
Late will be joined on stage at The White Lion, Evesham Road, by folk club favourite and music hall maestro Dave Sealey, once half of legendary folk duo Cosmotheka.
Joining them will be folk-rock violin protg Georgina, who will also be providing backing vocals in her musical debut.
The weekend of musical merriment continues on Saturday evening with karaoke at The White Lion before the village's cricketers, both regular and occasional, battle it out at Astwood Bank Cricket Club on Sunday.
A team from The White Lion will be taking on regulars from The Oddfellows Arms in Foregate Street.
The festivities will be rounded off on Sunday evening with a pub disco.
