A BROMSGROVE school turned into Jurassic Park for the day when students enjoyed a science workshop about dinosaurs.
Six-year-old Ryan Morgan and his fellow classmates at St Peter's First School, in Rock Hill, were entertained by Peter Jones who visits schools with his programme of science workshops.
Youngsters enjoyed a morning learning about dinosaurs and their evolution thanks to models and pictures.
Headteacher Dorothy Rollason told the Advertiser/Messenger: "Mr Jones' talks are superb. The children learned a lot and they were very enthusiastic."
And the school's reception classes didn't miss out on the fun because they were treated to a space workshop, again using a vast collection of models, pictures and fossils.
Mrs Rollason added: "When Mr Jones shows the children the models, pictures and books, they are just captivated. It is amazing to see and it makes the children want to find out more.
"He really brings the subject to life."
