NOISY neighbours came out top in a report highlighting the growing number of nuisance complaints in Bromsgrove. The results, which documented 497 complaints from 2001 to 2002, were due to be revealed at a Bromsgrove District Council's health and leisure scrutiny committee meeting held last night (Tue). The report listed 137 complaints about noisy neighbours, 88 over barking dogs, and 69 about loud music. The report showed the department had responded to 99 per cent of the complaints within their target time of ten days, but continued to ask the public to help them in their investigations by logging the dates and times of any disturbances.
